Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Order Processing Time

The products are printed on demand & fulfilled by Printful. The handling time is about 2-7 days. It takes about 3-6 business days to be shipped in USA, 4-7 business days in Canada & 5-20 days worldwide.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. It is advisable for the customer to contact Divine Perception 1111 before requesting a return.
